We still need those rosters. Please, this is separate from the re-charter process. Email your list to Jesus Vazquez at Jesus.Vazquez@scouting.org or fax the list to 214.902.6797.
Re-Charter Time Don't get Dropped!
If your unit is not re-charted by 12/31 it will be dropped from the rolls. You will have to start from scratch and to get re-instated is more work. Act immediately to avoid being dropped. Keep in mind that the council offices will be closed December 24th, 25th and New Years day.
Help is available! Your unit commissioner is standing by to answer any questions you may have. If you don't know who your unit commissioner is, consult the website ntrail.org/content/unit-contacts. To help you with this process we have prepared a checklist which includes all the steps required. ntrail.org/content/re-charter-checklist
