Changing Lives and Friends for Life

Just last week I went to a gathering honoring a recent college graduate. In a crowded party atmosphere itís pretty cool when 3 young men aged 20-22 stride across the room for a bear hug and a big hello. These Eagle Scouts were eager to tell me about their current adventures, Air Force assignment, film studio production, and backcountry staffing at Philmont.   Read more.

Scouting for Food 2/8/2014 and 2/15/2014

Every year the local food banks depend on the scouts to help re-fill their shelves after the holidays. This is an important service project and every unit should participate in. The food is available we just have to pick it up and deliver it to the collection locations. Bags will be distributed at January Roundtables.
